Per Little League's eligibility rule, players must reside or attend a school within PVLL's boundaries. To verify residence/school eligibility, visit the Little League Finder.

The following MUST be completed as part of the registration process:
- Verification of Original Birth Certificate (Passport or sentri pass will not be accepted)
- Printed and completed Medical Release
- Proofs of Residency - Per Little League, Proof of Residency is verified by documents from each Group containing the full residence.
Document requirements - Each document MUST contain the following:
- Parent(s) or court appointed legal guardian(s) name
- Street address, city, state and zip code
- Dated or in force between February 1, 2023 and February 1, 2024 (due dates are not acceptable)
**One document cannot be used for multiple groups
Group I – One Document from this Group is required
- Driver's License – must be active with the requirements above
- Employment records – paystub with the requirements above
- Vehicle records – registration card that is placed in the vehicle with the requirements above (renewal notifications do not have the issue date)
- Insurance documents – vehicle insurance, health insurance with the requirements above
- School records with the requirements above (report cards do not have home address or issue date)
Group II – One Document from this Group is required
- Homeowner or tenant records – Mortgage statement, HOA statement, Lease Agreement with the requirements above
- Federal records – Federal taxes (with submission date), social security letters with the requirements above (W-2 is a Group I Employment Record)
- State records with the requirements above
- Welfare/Childcare records with the requirements above
- Local (municipal) records (Otay Water no longer eligible) with the requirements above
- Support payment records with the requirements above
- Military records with the requirements above (military orders do not have address or issue
Group III – One Document from this Group is required
- Utility bills – SDG&E statement, water/sewer statement, cell phone statement, trash statement with the requirements above
- Financial records – Bank statement, credit card statement with the requirements above
- Internet, cable, or satellite records – statements with the requirements above
- Medical records – Co-pay (medical bills) statement with requirements above (proof of insurance is Group I)
- Voter's Registration – not including registration cards or voter envelopes (do not show valid date)
